There is a single road bridge to the island, plus a pedestrian bridge to JBR. Deliveries, contractors and guests all come the same way, so timing and building registration matter. We coordinate access so nothing gets stuck at the entrance.

Absent owners

Many Bluewaters apartments are second homes. While you are away we can handle:

• Regular apartment checks and AC care against humidity
• Post, deliveries and building management requests
• Cleaning and stocking before you arrive
• Maintenance with trusted contractors, supervised on site

Hosting with a view

For dinners and celebrations at home, we arrange catering, staff, flowers and guest arrivals across the bridge. Yacht days from nearby marinas are booked through trusted licensed partners.
