My background is eight years in luxury hospitality, including Bulgari Hotel Dubai, and I have organised private events for a UHNW household in Dubai. I know what good service looks like on the night.

• Planning the evening: guest numbers, format, timing and budget
• Private chef sourcing, menu planning and tastings
• Florists, tablescape and décor
• Tableware, glassware and furniture hire
• Waiting staff, bartenders and hosts for the evening
• Music and entertainment
• Wine and drinks planning
• Invitations and guest RSVP tracking
• Venue or yacht bookings through trusted partners

What's not included

To be clear about scope: I don't cater or supply alcohol myself. Chefs, caterers and licensed suppliers do that, and I coordinate them. Large public or corporate events are outside my focus. Third-party costs (chefs, florists, staff, hire) are billed at cost, with receipts and no mark-up.

   I book and brief everyone, confirm timings and handle tastings, hire and set-up.

   On the night

   I'm there to run the evening, so you can be a guest at your own event.

Which package fits

A single event can be arranged within the Reset package (AED 3,500, fixed fee). If you host regularly, Priority (AED 6,500 per month, 3-month minimum) covers event coordination alongside your other requests, with unlimited requests and a weekly check-in.

Areas covered

I work across Dubai, including Palm Jumeirah, Emirates Hills, Dubai Hills, Jumeirah, Downtown Dubai, Business Bay, DIFC, Dubai Marina, JBR, City Walk and Bluewaters Island. Other areas can be arranged on request.

Languages

I speak English, Russian, Turkish and Azerbaijani, which helps with international guests and suppliers.
