    Moving to Dubai is exciting, but the first weeks bring dozens of small tasks: connecting utilities, setting up internet, finding schools, furnishing a home, registering a car. Each one has its own process, and they all seem to need doing at once.

    I coordinate the settling-in process for you, so the practical side is taken care of and you can focus on work, family and your new city.

    What's not included

    To be clear about scope: I'm not a PRO, visa agent or real estate broker. Residency and visa paperwork is handled by licensed PRO partners, and property searches go through RERA-licensed brokers, with me as your single point of contact. Government fees and third-party costs are billed at cost, with receipts and no mark-up.

    Which package fits

    Most relocations fit the Reset package (AED 3,500, fixed fee): one focused month to get everything set up, with a written summary at the end. If you'd like ongoing support after the move, Monthly Assist (AED 4,900 per month) continues from there.

    Property searches are carried out by RERA-licensed brokers. I introduce you to a trusted broker, join viewings where useful and stay your point of contact.

    How long does settling in usually take?

    It depends on timings for schools, deliveries and paperwork, but the Reset package is built around one focused month to get the essentials in place.
