Before founding SETTRA, our founder spent more than eight years in luxury hospitality, including Bulgari Hotel Dubai, and he has managed a private UHNW household in Dubai: property, staff, vendors, travel and events. You work directly with the founder in English, Russian, Turkish or Azerbaijani, with NDA as standard. We agree priorities and scope before coordinating the move; school places, property choices and official approvals remain with the relevant providers and authorities.

What's not included

To be clear about scope: we're not PROs, visa agents or real estate brokers. Residency and visa paperwork is handled by licensed PRO partners, and property searches go through RERA-licensed brokers, with us as your single point of contact. Government fees and third-party costs are billed at cost, with receipts and no mark-up.

   Introduction

   Send a WhatsApp message with your planned arrival month, preferred area, family needs and the tasks you want help with. Reply within 2 hours · Monday–Saturday, 09:00–21:00 (Dubai time). We clarify the scope and confirm timing during the consultation. Do not send passport or banking documents in your first message.

   Relocation plan

   A written checklist with timings, so you can see what happens when, and what we need from you.

   Coordination

   We book, chase and oversee each step: utilities, movers, deliveries, schools and car registration.

   Settled

   A final walk-through and handover of contacts and documents, so everything is in one place.

Which package fits

Most relocations fit the Reset package (AED 3,500, fixed fee): one focused month to get everything set up, with a written summary at the end. If you'd like ongoing support after the move, Monthly Assist (AED 4,900 per month) continues from there.

Areas covered

We work across Dubai, including Palm Jumeirah, Emirates Hills, Dubai Hills, Jumeirah, Downtown Dubai, Business Bay, DIFC, Dubai Marina, JBR, City Walk and Bluewaters Island. Other areas can be arranged on request.

Languages

We speak English, Russian, Turkish and Azerbaijani, which helps families arriving from many different countries settle in with less friction.
