Who it's for
This service is for villa and apartment owners who want their home looked after properly without managing it themselves. It suits:
- Families with household staff who need scheduling, supervision and a clear point of contact
- Owners who divide their time between Dubai and abroad, and want the home ready whenever they return
- Busy professionals who no longer have the time to chase contractors and vendors
- Households moving into a new villa who need systems in place from day one
I have managed a private UHNW household in Dubai: property, staff, vendors, travel and events. Before that I spent more than eight years in luxury hospitality, including Bulgari Hotel Dubai. I bring the same standards to your home.
What's included
- Scheduling household staff and supervising their day-to-day work
- Onboarding new staff: briefing, routines and house standards
- Planning preventive maintenance: AC servicing, pool, pest control, water tanks
- Finding, briefing and overseeing contractors for repairs and small works
- Managing vendors: cleaning companies, gardeners, pool and security providers
- Checking quality and following up until the work meets your standard
- Keeping track of household stock and supplies, and reordering on time
- Readiness checks before you arrive, or before guests do
- Keeping an eye on the property while you're away, with regular updates
- Coordinating deliveries, installations and access for service providers
- Keeping a household file: warranties, service records, vendor contacts
- Coordinating utility and building management requests with DEWA, Empower and your community management
What's not included
To be clear about scope: I don't employ or sponsor household staff, and I don't handle domestic worker visas myself. Where paperwork is needed, I coordinate it with licensed partners. I don't carry out repairs personally. I find the right contractor and oversee the work. Third-party costs (contractors, vendors, supplies) are billed at cost, with receipts and no mark-up.
How it works
- 1
Introduction
A short conversation on WhatsApp or by phone about your home, your staff and what isn't working today.
- 2
Walk-through
I visit the property, note what needs attention and learn how you like things done.
- 3
Plan and set-up
You receive a written plan: priorities, a maintenance calendar, vendor list and staff routines.
- 4
Ongoing management
I run the household day to day and keep you updated in the way you prefer: a weekly note, a monthly summary, or only when something needs your decision.
Typical requests
- “The AC in the master bedroom is leaking. Please get it fixed before the weekend.”
- “We land on Friday evening. Have the villa aired, stocked and ready.”
- “Our new nanny starts Monday. Please brief her on the household routine.”
- “Find a reliable pool company and cancel the current one.”
- “Arrange quotes for repainting the guest wing and oversee the work.”
- “We're away for six weeks. Check on the property and send me a short update each week.”
Which package fits
Most households choose Monthly Assist (AED 4,900 per month), which covers up to 15 tasks a month, or Priority (AED 6,500 per month, 3-month minimum) for larger homes with staff, where requests are ongoing and a weekly check-in helps. If the home needs a one-off reset first, for example after a move or a long absence, Reset (AED 3,500) is a fixed-fee month to put everything in order.
Compare packagesAreas covered
I work across Dubai, including Palm Jumeirah, Emirates Hills, Dubai Hills, Jumeirah, Downtown Dubai, Business Bay, DIFC, Dubai Marina, JBR, City Walk and Bluewaters Island. Other areas can be arranged on request.
Languages
I speak English, Russian, Turkish and Azerbaijani, which helps when briefing staff and vendors from different backgrounds.
Frequently asked questions
What does a household manager do in Dubai?
A household manager coordinates everything that keeps a home running: staff schedules, maintenance, contractors, vendors, supplies and readiness for arrivals or guests. You deal with one person instead of many.
Do you live in or work on site full-time?
No. I manage the household remotely and visit in person when needed: walk-throughs, contractor visits, arrival preparation and staff briefings. For most homes, full-time presence isn't necessary.
Can you hire household staff for us?
I can help define the role, shortlist candidates through licensed agencies and handle onboarding. The employment contract and visa sponsorship stay with you or a licensed agency.
Can you look after our home while we're abroad?
Yes. I arrange regular checks, keep maintenance on schedule, handle anything that comes up and prepare the home before you return, with updates in whatever format you prefer.
Is my information kept confidential?
Yes. Access codes, schedules and personal details are shared only with the people who need them, and an NDA is available on request.
