    Luxury travel & yacht charters

A yacht afternoon and a longer private journey need different briefs. SETTRA coordinates with travel specialists and licensed yacht operators around your dates, party size, preferred pace and practical constraints. Tell us whether swimming, a quiet meal, sightseeing or onward travel matters most, and whether anyone needs assistance boarding.

Before you approve a booking, we request a written outline covering the actual vessel or proposed alternative, departure marina, time aboard, transport connections and cancellation conditions. We distinguish operator-confirmed arrangements from preferences that remain subject to availability. For journeys involving several suppliers, we also identify who should be contacted if one delayed departure affects the next booking.

    Who it's for

For Dubai residents, visiting families and property owners who want a carefully briefed specialist without managing every enquiry themselves.

    • A one-off request with a clear date and budget
    • Regular support around your home, family or travel
    • Options explained before you approve a provider

Share your priorities, location, preferred language and timing. We check suitability and availability for your specific request; no booking is assumed.

    What's included

    • Confirm passenger numbers, children’s ages, boarding assistance and identification requirements.
    • Check the licensed yacht operator, permitted capacity, crew arrangements and safety briefing.
    • Clarify route preferences, swimming stops, marina access and time lost to boarding.
    • Record food allergies, refreshments, shade, toilets and any equipment requested.
    • Request inclusions, fuel or berth exclusions, payment deadlines and weather cancellation terms.

    What's not included

SETTRA coordinates providers; we are not a travel operator or vessel operator. The licensed operator decides whether sea and weather conditions permit departure, swimming or a proposed route. Vessel substitutions and itinerary changes require clarification; calm seas, particular wildlife sightings and unrestricted routes cannot be promised.

    How it works

    1. 1

      Your brief

Tell SETTRA what you need, who it is for and any non-negotiable requirements.

    2. 2

      Suitable options

We check relevant provider credentials, scope, availability and written terms, then explain the options and separate costs.

    3. 3

      You approve

You approve the provider and quote before a commitment. We coordinate the agreed arrangements; professional delivery remains with the provider.

    Typical requests

    • Please coordinate a shaded afternoon yacht outing for six adults and two children, with an easy boarding point.
    • We need a three-night trip with airport transfers and one yacht day; please separate each supplier’s terms.

    Official reference sources

    Frequently asked questions

Can we choose the exact route?

We pass on your preferences, but the captain and operator retain responsibility for safe navigation and permitted stops.

    What happens in poor weather?

We obtain the operator’s postponement, cancellation and refund terms before approval. Weather disruption does not automatically mean every connected booking is refundable.

    Is food always included?

No. We ask whether catering, drinks, service equipment and dietary handling are included, optional or unavailable on your chosen vessel.
