Almost everything in a Downtown building goes through building management. Moving furniture in, booking the service lift, bringing in a contractor, even a large delivery can need approval or a set time slot. Get it wrong and a technician is turned away at the loading bay after you took the morning off to wait.

We keep a simple record of how your building works — who manages it, how to book the service lift, what contractors need to bring — and handle each request before it becomes a problem.

Everyday personal assistance

For most Downtown clients, personal assistance is the core of what we do. The requests are small, but there are many of them:

Getting around the busiest district in the city

Downtown can be difficult to move through at peak hours and during big moments such as New Year's Eve, when roads close and access is restricted for hours. We plan drivers, drop-off points and timings around events at Dubai Mall, the Fountain and Dubai Opera, so guests arrive calmly and you are not stuck in the traffic.

Part-time residents

Many Downtown apartments are lived in for part of the year. When you are away, we check the apartment, keep the AC running at a sensible level, collect deliveries from the concierge desk and deal with anything building management needs. Before you return, the apartment is cleaned, stocked and ready.

Hosting in an apartment

Entertaining in a tower takes more planning than in a villa. Guests need to be registered at reception, valet or visitor parking arranged, and caterers booked into the service lift with enough time to set up. Some buildings limit noise on terraces late in the evening. We plan the evening around the building, not against it: a private chef who works well in a compact kitchen, one waiter rather than three, flowers delivered in the afternoon, and a clear exit plan for guests when the dinner ends.

DIFC and Business Bay are next door, which makes Downtown practical for people who work in the financial district. We use that closeness: documents collected from offices, lunch meetings booked at short notice, and errands grouped so one trip covers several tasks.
