      • Arrival brief on WhatsApp: dates, family, home, schools, car
      • Home: a shortlist through licensed partner agents, or a check of the home you've already chosen
      • Ejari, DEWA, internet and building move-in permit arranged in advance
      • Deep clean, AC service, bedding and essentials ready
      • Car rental or chauffeur booked; school visits requested

    2. Day 1 — Arrival

      • Airport meet and transfer
      • Home ready: clean, cool, beds made, fridge stocked to your list
      • UAE SIM or eSIM for every adult

    3. Days 2–3 — Settling in

      • School visits and area orientation
      • Bank and residency appointments booked, with document checklists (via licensed partners)
      • Supermarkets, pharmacy, clinic and gym near your home

    4. Day 4 — Handover

      • Written summary: what's active, account numbers, contacts
      • Your plan for the next 30 days
      • Option to continue with Monthly Assist or Priority
